There are twelve rooms in the granary and stable buildings, accommodating up to six families, in twenty-five beds.

Konaki, is a large manor house ideal for two families wishing to holiday together. It is on one side of the courtyard, and tenants can be completely private and self-contained, or, as is often the case, a large family or group of friends may rent Konaki and as many of the granary rooms as they need.

Cottages on the Estate

There are two cottages, Kotetsi, which is situated just below Konaki and the wonderfully romantic and peaceful Ktounia, on a hillside in the olive grove on the other side of the valley from Candili.

Wonderful traditional Greek food is cooked by the family's cook Sofoula, with special menus for children and early mealtimes, allowing parents to eat in peace after the children have been put to bed.

The Granary

The Granary consists of 10 bedrooms, nearly all with ensuite bathrooms, on the first floor of the old Granary building of the Achmetaga Estate. On the ground floor are the dining room, sitting room and games/conference room. In addition there are two double rooms in the stable building, making a total of 12 double rooms, accommodating up to 20 people.

Konaki - The Manor House

There are 2 twin/double bedrooms, 2 double bedrooms and one twin bedroom. 2 large full bathrooms (1 ensuite) and a downstairs shower-room & cloakroom. Dining room, drawing room, kitchen, library, study take up the ground floor.

The large garden, which drops away from the front lawn in terraces, has a small swimming pool with fresh water fed from a mountain stream.

As the house is on top of a hill, there are stunning views from the lawn of the mountains, hills, forests and valleys around.

Sofoula, the family's cook for the last 30 years will prepare marvellous real Greek food, with ingredients which come directly from the vegetable garden into the pot. Beds will be made, rooms swept and bathrooms or shower-rooms cleaned by the maid who visits three times weekly. We provide anti-mosquito plugs and tablets.

The Cottages   -   Ktounia

A peaceful cottage in an olive grove on the estate, surounded by forests and mountains, with its own plunge pool. No electricity or other modern conveniences.

Ideal for couples, perhaps with a child or two. Double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, 2 single sofa beds, open plan kitchen and living room.

20 minutes walk or 5 minutes drive from Candili.

The Cottages   -   Kotetsi

Kotetsi is just outside the garden walls of Konaki and was once a gardeners cottage.

It has one room and a shower room, as well as a small kitchenette for making tea or coffee. It has it's own garden, and is a two minute walk from the Candili swimming pool. Slightly detached for those who want a little more privacy.
