Creative Courses For 2002
Candili welcomes course leaders to run their courses here.
We have ample space in terms of work rooms, a well equipped art studio including a pottery, and outdoor space which extends to the mountains and sea.
This means that we provide the hospitality and a catering in an atmosphere conducive to creativity and relaxation, and also the facilities that a course leader needs to concentrate on the important issues relating to his or her course or seminar.
Thus course leaders and participants are able to enjoy the content of the course and relax into their precious holiday time without the added worry of having to arrange their own excursions, meals and transfers.

(RIB) Powerboat Training Course
Rigid Inflatable Boat (RIB) powerboat training course and cruising.
Dates: September 7th to 14th and September 14th to 21st 2002
With Candili as your base, and our RIBs based in the fishing port of Pili 15 minutes away, learn how to handle a RIB safely, to the standards of the Royal Yachting Assosiation, enjoy cruising the coast of Evia and North Sporades islands, such as Skiathos, Skopelos and Alonissos, but return home to a dry and friendly atmosphere and Sofoula's delicious food.

Greek Island Safari
Rigid Inflatable Boat (RIB) powerboat training course and cruising.
Dates: September 21st to 2nd October 2002
Following the success of our Greek safari in 2001, we are holding another fabulous Greek island safari from Sat 21st September through to Wednesday 2nd October. Escape the tourist trail to spend time in mountain villages full of the sounds of church bells where we learn to cook some of the superb local produce with accomplished Greek cook Soufoula then hop islands to explore the honey, cheeses, wines and seafood of Lesbos and Chios before finishing on the cliffs at jaw-droppingly beautiful Santorini for days of sailing and sun, great restaurants and shopping.
